- 2 cups zucchini grated
- 1 tsp grapeseed oil
- salt to taste
- seasoning choose from: garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, etc to taste

Instructions
- Place the shredded zucchini in a few sheets of paper towel and use to squeeze out as much water as you can.
- Warm the oil in a frying pan on medium high heat.
- Add grated zucchini and your chosen seasonings, stirring as it reduces – about 20 minutes.
- When it becomes thick and creamy remove from heat and serve.
