Instructions
- Place zucchini cubes on a paper towel and lightly salt them, allowing them to sweat out moisture for 10 minutes.
- Puree ingredients into a smooth consistency.
- Serve with raw cut vegetables like celery, radish, cucumber or lettuce.

- dill
- smoked paprika
