Ingredients
- 1 cup chayote diced
- 3/4 cup bell pepper sliced, red peppers are best
- 1/4 cup green onion sliced
- 1 tsp grapeseed oil
- 1 tsp garam masala
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Heat grapeseed oil in a wok or frying pan on medium high heat.
- Add chayote and stir fry for 5 minutes.
- Add red peppers, garam masala, and salt and pepper. Lower temperature to medium low and stir fry for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with green onion and serve.
