Ingredients
- 2 cups celery root/ celeriac peeled and cubed
- 1 Tbsp grapeseed oil
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp yellow curry powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp cilantro, fresh

Instructions
- Peel and cut celery root into 2 inch cubes.
- Heat oil in large non stick saute pan over medium heat. Saute the cumin, turmeric and curry powder for 1 minute.
- Add the celery root and saute until cooked, about 5 minutes, then cover and cook at medium low for 15 minutes stir every 5 minutes until cooked to your liking.
- Toss with salt, pepper and cilantro. Serve.
