- 1 cup chayote peeled and sliced
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp Ideal Protein Maple Syrup

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Squeeze the juice from the lemon and combine with other ingredients, stirring well.
- Pour mix into an oven safe dish with a lid. Bake covered for 20-30 minutes.
- Serve warm.
