chayote
peeled and sliced

lemon

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Squeeze the juice from the lemon and combine with other ingredients, stirring well.
Pour mix into an oven safe dish with a lid. Bake covered for 20-30 minutes.
Serve warm.
