Ingredients
- 1 packet Ideal Protein Potato Puree
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper optional
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 cup green cabbage shredded OR
- 3/4 cup cauliflower rice
- 1/4 cup green onion sliced
- 4 Tbsp water

Instructions
- Preheat over to 350.
- Mix spices and dry potato puree mix in a bowl. Add vegetables and toss well to coat.
- Add water and form into a thick mixture.
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Form balls of mixture and drop them onto the paper. Alternately form larger cakes, though this will increase cooking time.
- Bake for 10 - 15 minutes.
