Mix spices and dry potato puree mix in a bowl. Add vegetables and toss well to coat.
Add water and form into a thick mixture.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Form balls of mixture and drop them onto the paper. Alternately form larger cakes, though this will increase cooking time.
Bake for 10 – 15 minutes.
