Ingredients
- 1 lbs ground beef
- 1/4 cup egg white
- 1 cup cauliflower riced
- 1 1/2 cup diced tomatoes, canned
- 1 cup green cabbage shredded
- 1 tsp onion powder or to taste
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 cloves garlic minced OR
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- In a casserole dish, ix the beef, egg white, and cauliflower together. Form 4 meatballs from the mixture.
- Add shredded cabbage on top.
- In a bowl, mix tomatoes, onion powder, smoked paprika, and garlic. Pour over other ingredients in the casserole dish.
- Cook covered in the oven for 20 minutes. Uncover and cook 20 minutes more to an internal temperature of 160F.
