  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. In a casserole dish, ix the beef, egg white, and cauliflower together. Form 4 meatballs from the mixture.
  3. Add shredded cabbage on top.
  4. In a bowl, mix tomatoes, onion powder, smoked paprika, and garlic. Pour over other ingredients in the casserole dish.
  5. Cook covered in the oven for 20 minutes. Uncover and cook 20 minutes more to an internal temperature of 160F.
