Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Steam cauliflower until tender. Add salt & pepper and mash.
  3. Place 1 cup drained sauerkraut in casserole dish, spreading evenly across the bottom. Layer cauliflower mash on top.
  4. Bake in oven for 30 minutes.
