- 2 cups bell pepper chopped into 1 inch pieces
- 4 clove garlic
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Toss ingredients together and place on lined baking sheet.
- Roast 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
