Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place frozen okra slices on parchment paper lined baking sheet. Spritz with grapeseed oil and sprinkle seasoning on top.
- Roast in oven at 400 for 30 minutes. Turn okra over after 15 minutes.
Recipe Notes
Seasoning: use seasonings like salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and other dried herbs. If you are following an Ideal Protein protocol: One serving of this recipe (half) counts as 1 cup of select vegetables.
