- 4 cups broccoli
- 2 tsp grapeseed oil
- 2 tsp seasoning to taste, must be sugar free

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Line baking sheet with parchment and spread frozen broccoli (do not thaw).
- Brush or drizzle oil over broccoli and sprinkle your preferred seasoning on top. Put in oven for 20 minutes.
- Stir and put back in oven for 10 more minutes, until edges are slightly brown. Best when served hot.
Recipe Notes
Seasoning: use seasonings like salt, pepper, lemon pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, garam masala, Chinese five spice. If you are following an Ideal Protein protocol: One serving (1/4) of this recipe counts as 1 cup of select vegetables.
