Instructions
- Heat pan on medium and add the grapeseed oil.
- Add mushrooms, ginger, garlic, crushed red chili and cook for a 5 minutes.
- Add salt and black pepper. Stir, cover, and cook.
- When the liquid has evaporated (and the pan is dry) add tomato, green chili, ginger and fresh coriander. Mix it and cook until tomato juices evaporate.
- Serve garnished with green chilies.
