Instructions
  1. Chop all vegetables into 2 inch chunks.
  2. Place everything except olive oil in the blender and blend until smooth. Drizzle olive oil in while the blender is on to make it creamy.
  3. Chill for 3 hours then serve with grilled shrimp or Ideal Protein Rotini pasta
