- 2 cups green beans
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp ginger paste
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce OR coconut animos for gluten-free

Instructions
- You'll start by adding 1 inch of water to a medium-sized saucepan.
- Add the steamer basket over the water, and place your green beans in the basket.
- Bring the water to a boil over high heat.
- Steam for approximately 8 – 10 minutes.
- In a frying pan, heat olive oil on medium/medium-high heat.
- Once the oil is hot, add garlic, ginger, and soy sauce to the pan. Stir to mix your ingredients.
- Once your beans are steamed, add them to the pan and sauté until the beans are heated through and slightly wilted.
- Ready to serve!
