- 2 cups chayote diced
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp cold water
- 1 tsp Ideal Protein Maple Syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl.
- Cook in microwave on 70% power for 5 minutes.
- Remove lid carefully. Place in a blender and process until it reaches your preferred consistency.
