- 8 oz ground beef
- 1/2 cup dill pickle diced
- 1/2 cup onion diced
- 2 cups lettuce shredded
- Walden Farms Thousand Island dressing to taste

Instructions
- Cook lean ground beef in a pan, draining any fat.
- Place shredded lettuce in a bowl. Add meat, dressing, pickles, and onions on top. Serve immediately and enjoy.
