Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chayote diced
- 1/4 cup green onion sliced
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp grapeseed oil
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 cups water
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- cilantro, fresh
- jalapeño thinly sliced

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small pot - except for cilantro and jalepeno.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer. Cover with lid and simmer for 10 minutes or until tender.
- Pour into a blender and process until the soup becomes a creamy consistency.
- Garnish with cilantro and jalepeno and serve.
