- 16 oz chicken sliced
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups bell pepper, red sliced
- 1 1/2 cups bell pepper, green sliced
- 1/2 cup green onion chopped
- 1 tsp taco seasoning or to taste
- 1 lime juiced
- 1 bunch cilantro

- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees while you prepare your other ingredients.
- Slice your chicken into strips and cut your bell peppers into narrow pieces. Put the chicken and peppers into a resealable bag with olive oil and taco seasoning.
- Seal everything up, and give the bag a shake and massage to coat everything evenly in olive oil and seasoning.
- Spread the mixture on a pan or oven-safe dish (preferably 9" by 13"). By now, your oven should be ready to go. Bake everything for approximately 35 to 40 minutes, making sure to stir halfway through.
- Once it's done, remove your pan from the oven and plate with freshly squeezed lime juice and chopped cilantro.
- Ready to serve!
