Ingredients
- 3 lbs pork loin boneless centre cut roast
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups chicken stock

Instructions
- Mix together all the seasonings in a small bowl.
- Rub the seasoning mixture over the pork roast using your hands and making sure entire roast is coated.
- Place the pork roast in a crockpot; pour the chicken broth around the sides of the roast being careful not to rinse off the spice mixture.
- Cover and cook on low 10 hours; turn the roast after it has cooked 5 hours.
- Shred the pork with 2 forks and serve. Use the broth to moisten meat if needed, otherwise, discard any remaining broth.
- Ready to serve!
