- 1 lbs ground beef
- 4 1/2 cups green cabbage shredded
- 2 Tbsp onion, dried
- 14 1/2 oz fire roasted diced tomatoes
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic minced
- 3 cups beef stock

Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and brown your ground beef.
- While it’s browning, add dried onion and onion powder.
- Once your beef is fully cooked, drain any fat.
- Place browned ground beef mixture and stock in a soup pot or Dutch oven; add any remaining ingredients and stir to mix.
- Bring soup to a boil, cover, and turn down your heat.
- Let your cabbage roll soup recipe simmer 30 minutes and adjust seasoning to taste.
- Ready to serve!
