Janeva’s Unstuffed Beef Cabbage Roll Soup
Janeva’s cabbage roll soup recipe is the perfect meal for a cold winter day or when you’re looking for a healthier comfort food option. Our delicious soup is full of vegetables and protein-packed lean ground beef.
  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and brown your ground beef.
  2. While it’s browning, add dried onion and onion powder.
  3. Once your beef is fully cooked, drain any fat.
  4. Place browned ground beef mixture and stock in a soup pot or Dutch oven; add any remaining ingredients and stir to mix.
  5. Bring soup to a boil, cover, and turn down your heat.
  6. Let your cabbage roll soup recipe simmer 30 minutes and adjust seasoning to taste.
  7. Ready to serve!
