Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix Ideal Protein Mushroom soup with cold water.
  3. Add onion powder and black pepper. Mix well until it is a creamy sauce.
  4. Place the beans in a casserole dish and pour the sauce over top. Stir until throroughly mixed and cover with foil.
  5. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
