Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a small pot – except for cilantro and jalepeno.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer. Cover with lid and simmer for 10 minutes or until tender.
  3. Pour into a blender and process until the soup becomes a creamy consistency.
  4. Garnish with cilantro and jalepeno and serve.
