In a non stick pan. heat grapeseed oil on medium high.
Toss in chayote and rutabaga, stir and cook for 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
Lower temp to medium low cook for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
Turn off stove, stir in green onions, and serve.
