Instructions
  1. Preheat oven at 350 F.
  2. With a mandolin or vegetable peeler, thinly slice zucchini into ribbons.
  3. Mix the olive oil, garlic paste, and basil together. Brush onto ribbons.
  4. Roll the ribbons into rosettes and nestle closely into your baking dish of choice. 22cm or 8-9 inches in diameter.
  5. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with a little sea salt to finish.
