Instructions
  1. Preheat over to 350.
  2. Beat egg whites (not stiff).
  3. In another bowl mix Potato Puree package and baking powder. Add ? of water. Mix well.
  4. Combine mix with egg whites. Add your choice of zucchini OR cauliflower (not both) and mix well.
  5. Line baking tray with parchment paper. Spread batter onto paper evenly.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Optional: Add select vegetable toppings before baking. You can also bake until just firm as add toppings then.

If you are following an Ideal Protein protocol: This recipe counts as one cup of select vegetables and one Ideal Protein packet.

Add 1 cup of select vegetable toppings to make a complete lunch meal on Phase 1.
