Instructions
  1. Place your salmon fillet on a baking sheet (skin side down, if applicable) and apply a coat of olive oil.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, and Cajun spices to taste.
  3. Place the salmon in a cold oven. Turn it to 400 degrees, and let bake for 25 minutes; your salmon fillet will be tender, moist and flaky - in other words, perfect!
  4. Ready to serve!
