Instructions
  1. In a bowl, whisk together your tomato sauce, Italian dressing, garlic powder, sea salt, and pepper.
  2. Use your cooking spray to coat the bottom of a baking dish (big enough to fit your fillets) and pour half of your sauce into it.
  3. Place your fish fillets into the baking dish on top of your sauce.
  4. Pour your remaining sauce over top of your fillets and place into a 375 degree oven. Cook for 20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Ready to serve!
