Janeva’s Easy Oven Chicken Fajitas

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees while you prepare your other ingredients.
  2. Slice your chicken into strips and cut your bell peppers into narrow pieces. Put the chicken and peppers into a resealable bag with olive oil and taco seasoning.
  3. Seal everything up, and give the bag a shake and massage to coat everything evenly in olive oil and seasoning.
  4. Spread the mixture on a pan or oven-safe dish (preferably 9″ by 13″). By now, your oven should be ready to go. Bake everything for approximately 35 to 40 minutes, making sure to stir halfway through.
  5. Once it’s done, remove your pan from the oven and plate with freshly squeezed lime juice and chopped cilantro.
  6. Ready to serve!
