Instructions
  1. Heat grapeseed oil in a wok or frying pan on medium high heat.
  2. Add chayote and stir fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Add red peppers, garam masala, and salt and pepper. Lower temperature to medium low and stir fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Garnish with green onion and serve.
